After Hours Drop Off:
Fill out a drop off envelope located at the service entrance door, place your keys inside the envelope and place the envelope in the appropriate night drop slot. An appointment is recommended but is not required. A service advisor will contact you.
 
Shuttle / Ride Service:
Shuttle service is available within a 7 mile radius of North Shore Auto Group, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. You can shop while we work on you car, let us take you to an area shopping mall, drop you off at work or take you home. Its easy and convenient.
 
Loaner Cars:
LOANER CARS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SERVICES REQUIRING MORE THAN TWO HOURS OF LABOR. Vehicles are limited. Driver must be 21 years of age or older, with a valid driver's license, credit card and proof of insurance. Please return the vehicle in the condition you received it, you are responsible for damages while in you possession. Please replace the fuel that you use or YOU WILL BE CHARGED $5.00 PER GALLON TO REPLACE IT. Consult your service advisor prior to making an appointment if you have any questions.
 
Waiting:
We always recommend that you not wait while we service your vehicle. Many unforeseen components can delay a timely repair and cause extended wait periods. We have Shuttle Service and Loaner Cars available so that you can spend your time elsewhere while waiting for your vehicle. However if you wish to wait while we service your vehicle, we have a comfortable customer waiting area, complimentary beverages and wireless Internet access available to you.
